If you need to change an order contact our customer care team as soon as possible. You can make changes to your order while it is still in the order processing stage, (typically less than 24 hours). Once the order status has transitioned to completed status no further changes can be made.
You will receive an email from sexEstore advising you that order has been shipped and providing you with your parcels online tracking details. You can also access this information via your secure My Account / Orders page.
