Always! All parcels shipped are packaged in either standard Australia Post wrapping or plain packaging. No details other than the name and address of the intended recipient are included on the parcel.
No, sexEstore is purely an online store & does not operate a bricks & mortar establishment.
If you need to change an order contact our customer care team as soon as possible. You can make changes to your order while it is still in the order processing stage, (typically less than 24 hours). Once the order status has transitioned to completed status no further changes can be made.
You will receive an email from sexEstore advising you that order has been shipped and providing you with your parcels online tracking details. You can also access this information via your secure My Account / Orders page.
Delivery times depend on many factors including where you specified the delivery address to be. Please see our Delivery Information page to gain an approximation of your parcels delivery time frame.
Yes! We will email you the online tracking information shortly after we dispatch your parcel. You are able to monitor your parcel’s delivery progress all the way to its nominated destination.
In the unlikely event that your parcel has not arrived or your adult product or sex toy arrives faulty (all products are carefully checked before shipping) please contact our customer care team as soon as possible so we can investigate the issue and assist you.
sexEstore does not offer international shipping as a general rule however should you require this service please contact our customer care team who can organise this for you. Please note an additional fee of $26.95 will be charged for all international orders.
No pickups I’m afraid, we are not set up to deal with local pickups. With our speedy sexEstore delivery though it won’t be long before your purchase is delivered to you.
