A change of mind: Please always take a moment to check your shopping cart before submitting an order. As I’m sure you can imagine due to health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer exchanges for change of mind reasons on the sexEstore range of adult products and sex toys.
My product is faulty: In the unlikely event that a faulty product or sex toy was delivered to you (we carefully check all items before packaging them up for delivery), we offer a 30 day replacement window from the date your item arrives in the mail. It will either be replaced with an identical product or if we cannot replace the product (due to stock limitations), we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value or provide you with a full refund. No fuss and piece of mind guaranteed!
Before deeming a product faulty please follow the simple trouble shooting tips below.
Trouble Shooting Tips
Make sure you are using the correct type/size of batteries with the device.
It is not always obvious which way the batteries go, double check and try alternative ways.
Replace the batteries to ensure they are not flat or expired.
If the device is rechargeable make sure it is fully charged before attempting to use. This can typically take several hours to achieve full charge.
If the device has charge but will not power up, power cycle the device by holding the devices on/off button continuously for 5 seconds.
Yes we know this sounds obvious however if all else fails please read any instructions that may have been provided with the item(s). They do sometimes provide an insight into something you may have missed.
If you are unsure on how to use or wear a product a quick search online and a bit of reading can be your savings grace.

Should you have no luck with the above trouble shooting tips and it seems your product may in fact be faulty please contact our customer service team so we may be able to assist you further. If necessary we will provide instructions on how to to return the item(s) to us.
