My product is faulty: In the unlikely event that a faulty product or sex toy was delivered to you (we carefully check all items before packaging them up for delivery), we offer a 30 day replacement window from the date your item arrives in the mail. It will either be replaced with an identical product or if we cannot replace the product (due to stock limitations), we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value or provide you with a full refund.
