SEXPO – Health, Sexuality and Lifestyle Expo

Last weekend saw Sydney host Sexpo – the Health, Sexuality and Lifestyle Expo. So what was this event all about? Sexpo isn’t just about sex – it’s an adult exhibition which celebrates all lifestyles and sexualities.

For those who like to shop there were hundreds of exhibitors offering sex toys, health and beauty products, show bags and more. Stage shows included aerial duo Bailey & Brendan, Elly Jade, showgirl Daisy Peach, Champagne & Kimba James, Miss Suzie Q, rope artist Hebari, pole duo Blue Phoenix & Amber Ray and comedy hypnotist Anthony Laffan. International adult stars featured Audrey Black, Lucie Bee, Christian Wilde, Adriana Chechik, Mao Hamasaki and Madison Missina. Special guests were Geordie Shore’s Ricci G, Samantha X, Stilt Divas, Pricasso: Penile Artist and the Penthouse Girls.

For a bit of fun you could ride the Sexpo Shafter, a 20 metre long love rocket to take you on the ride of your life! Or pose with the Sexpo mascots – Penisaurus, Tittysaurus and Penis Man. There were also amusement games including The Money Shot dildo toss, Drop Your Balls or Whack-a-Dick High Strike. And if you were really adventurous you could have strutted your stuff in the World Famous Amateur Strip! Themed areas included the Play Bunnies Laporium, Platinum Live Male Revue Lounge, Fetish Playroom and the Pride Lounge. Seminars held by a variety of industries gave visitors the opportunity to learn more about topics ranging from sexual health and wellbeing, swinging and BDSM to polyamory, online dating and sexy adult vacations.

And if all that wasn’t enough, there was the official Sexpo After Party, at The Bourbon Hotel in Potts Point, where you could party with the porn stars!

So, if you missed out on the Sydney Sexpo experience and your appetite has been whetted, fear not. The next Sexpo event will be held at Melbourne’s Convention & Exhibition Centre from 24 – 27 November 2016, followed by Perth’s Convention & Exhibition Centre from 5 – 7 May 2017 and Brisbane’s Convention & Exhibition Centre from 4 – 6 August 2017.
